Build a business that reflects your values.
This reflective supervised online course explores the ethical side of massage therapy business practice, including boundaries, policies, communication, fairness, professionalism, and decision-making. Designed for massage therapists, it offers practical tools to help you create a business structure that supports trust, clarity, and ethical accountability.
Ethical practice is not only shaped in the treatment room. It is also shaped behind the scenes — in policies, communication, fees, documentation, scheduling, boundaries, and the everyday decisions that define how a practice operates. Behind the Practice invites massage therapists to look closely at the business structures that support ethical care through readings, worksheets, and guided discussion.
Discussion-based learning, guided reflection, practical worksheets, and real-world application.

LMT, OR“This course helped me see that ethics is not only about what happens in the session, but also about the policies, boundaries, and decisions that shape my practice behind the scenes. I left with clearer language, stronger policies, and a business that feels more aligned with my values.”
