Course Delivery, Format & Enrollment
This interactive, distance-learning course is delivered through Canvas, a secure learning management system used by colleges and professional training programs. The course meets Oregon’s requirements for supervised ethics continuing education for licensed massage therapists.
Upon purchase, students receive:
• A digital download link via Squarespace containing the Course Access & Enrollment Guide (PDF)
• An email receipt containing the same download link
Digital download links are time-limited and must be accessed using the same email address used at checkout. Students have 24 hours from the time of purchase to download and save all access documents.
Failure to download materials or follow access instructions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Digital Download & Course Access Policy
Course access is provided through a time-limited digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Students are responsible for downloading and saving the Course Access & Enrollment Guide within 24 hours of purchase.
This PDF contains the required Canvas enrollment link and course access code. Failure to download, retain, or properly use the access document within the access window does not constitute grounds for a refund or extended access.
How Course Access Works
After purchasing the course, you will receive a PDF with your course access link and access code.
1. Open the course link (or enter the access code) from the PDF in your web browser.
2. You will be prompted to enter your name and the same email address you used at checkout.
3. Canvas will then send you an email to create and confirm your Canvas account, including setting a password.
4. You must complete this account registration before taking the course.
5. Once your account is created and verified, you can access the course and return to it at any time by logging into Canvas with your email and password.
Important: If you do not complete the email confirmation and password setup the first time you access the course, you may not be able to log back in later.
Technical note: Canvas account creation and login are the responsibility of the student. Listening Field Training does not provide assistance with account setup, passwords, or login issues.
Course Access Period
Course access is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All coursework, assessments, and certificate requirements must be completed within this access period.
Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Listening Field Training.
Technical Readiness & User Responsibility
This course requires independent navigation of online learning platforms, including downloading and saving PDF documents and registering for a Canvas account.
Upon purchase, students receive a digital access document containing the Canvas course link and join code. This document is available for 24 hours and must be downloaded and saved. Students are responsible for registering for Canvas using the same email address used at checkout.
Instructor support is limited to course content and ethics-related questions only. The instructor is unable to assist with:
• File downloads
• Canvas registration or login issues
• Browser, device, or internet troubleshooting
• Account access errors
Failure to download access materials, follow registration instructions, or meet technical requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Student Online Safety
For your security, course access is provided only through the official links received at checkout and on this website. Listening Field Training will never request external links, files, or screenshots to “fix” access.
If you receive any communication that feels suspicious, do not click links or open attachments. Instead, return directly to this website or your Canvas login page and contact support through the official contact form.
